Simple Creamy Rice Pudding

- 6 cups milk
- 1 cup arborio rice
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- cinnamon
directions
- In a large pot bring rice and milk just to a boil and simmer over med/low heat for approx 45 minutes until mixture coats the back of a spoon.
- In a small bowl mix beaten egg, cream, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk into rice mixture and cook 5 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Pour into individual serving dishes, or a large bowl, and top with cinnamon.
