Simple Creamy Rice Pudding

  • In a large pot bring rice and milk just to a boil and simmer over med/low heat for approx 45 minutes until mixture coats the back of a spoon.
  • In a small bowl mix beaten egg, cream, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk into rice mixture and cook 5 minutes.
  • Let cool.
  • Pour into individual serving dishes, or a large bowl, and top with cinnamon.
