Simple Chocolate Frosting

"Very tasty - I've found that the half and half cream or whole milk work best, otherwise you end up using too much powdered sugar to compensate the the texture. Well made its very delicious!"

ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup milk or 1/3 cup half-and-half cream, for thickness
• 1⁄3 cup cocoa powder
• 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

directions

1. Mix cocoa and sugar together in bowl.
2. Add vanilla.
3. Alternate adding milk and sugar.
4. Blend all together until creamy.
