Berries, yogurt, milk, and splenda. I am putting blueberries down here but you can use any kind.
- Blend all ingredients together.
I made this recipe and we simply loved it. I changed it a little. I used Â½ cup blueberries and Â½ cup of banana slices. I used plain nonfat yogurt and added a scoop of vanilla protein. We will be having this often with different fruits!
