This is one of my newly adopted recipes. We are big mango lovers and smoothies are such great breakfasts ar afternoon snacks.When mangoes are on sale, buy a few, chop them up and freeze them for use in this healthy recipe.

  • In a blender, combine frozen mango, milk and sugar.
  • Whirl until mixture is smooth, adding a bit more milk if needed.
  • Serve.
  • To make a larger smoothie or to make more servings, just use equal amounts mango and milk, plus sugar to taste.

    I added Greek yogurt, vanilla and cinnamon. Yum!

    I forgot to take a picture, but if you’re in a hurry you could just chop the frozen mango up and add whole milk. Taste good!

    It's simple and it tastes great! I added a cup of Mango instead (so the flavor is stronger), I also added vanilla extract, cinnamon, raw honey, Greek yogurt (to thicken it up a bit), and ice.
