- 500 g shrimp, cooked
- 118.29 ml mayonnaise
- 2.46-4.92 ml dried tarragon
- 1 large gherkin, diced
- 14.79 ml capers, drained and rinsed
- 9.85 ml mustard, made
- 1 spring onion, diced
- 0 to taste fresh black pepper, ground
directions
- Place shrimp in a bowl.
- Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over the shrimps, turning to coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours for flavours to develop.
- Serve in cocktail glasses and garnish with fresh chopped herbs.
