I don't bake, but I can do this! We have it with soup on a cold day. Makes the house smell good.

  1. Rinse and drain berries.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Pour oil into 8 to 9" square or round pan.
  4. Add mix, egg and water.
  5. Stir with fork to blend.
  6. sprinkle with berries, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  7. Fold into batter with a fork.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This was very easy and good. Great with coffe. I used egg subsitute, and instead of oil used pam. I have made this twice. One time as directed and one time I used a powder sugar glaze in stead of adding brown sugar or cinnamon. Both very good, but glaze our favorite.

Delightful coffee cake that was very easy to make. I used Krusteaz Fat Free Blueberry Muffin Mix. I didn't want to scratch my non-stick cake pan by stirring with a fork, so I used a bowl then after putting the batter in the pan I folded in the toppings per instructions.
