ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 ounces vanilla vodka
• 1 1⁄2 ounces unsweetened pineapple juice
• 2 tablespoons cream of coconut
• 3⁄4 ounce key lime juice
• ice cube
• lime slice

directions

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and key lime juice.
2. Add ice; cover and shake vigorously until very cold.
3. Strain into a chilled martini glass; garnish with lime slice.

This is pretty good. The Vodka quality on this drink is important. DO NO USE A CHEAP vodka. I tried this with Absolute and Smirnoff. The Absolute was much smoother. You can use bottle lime juice, but cut down on the amout it calls for.
