- 2 tuna steaks
- 59.14 ml cajun seasoning
- 236.59 ml heavy cream
- 59.14 ml Dijon mustard
- 29.58 ml butter
- salt, to taste
- fresh ground black pepper, to taste

- First coat tuna steaks with Cajun seasoning.
- Grill until temperature of choice.
- While grilling, combine cream, butter, mustard, and 3 tablespoons of seasoning and simmer over low heat until slightly thick.
- When tuna is done, use sauce for dipping or spoon over top.
