Sesame Stir-Fried Veggies

"This is simple stir fry recipe that adds flavor to the veggies by using some toasted sesame oil. Sesame oil has a strong flavor so be careful of using too much. Using half sesame and half vegetable will tone down the strong (but delicious in my opinion) flavor of the sesame oil."

  • Heat oil in pan over high heat.
  • Saute onion until almost tender (2-3 minutes).
  • Add broccoli, carrots, baby corn, salt and soy sauce, saute until veggies are tender (should be less than 5 minutes).
  • Remove from heat sprinkle a few sesame seeds for garnish.
