This works well for dipping pot stickers in as well as tossed over udon noodles and fresh vegetables for a quick dinner.
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon scallion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and agave. Top with scallions and sesame seeds.
A great sauce. I used it with a broiled flank steak, and toss some Japanese noodles with it. I am going to try it as a marinade for chicken also. Made for Fall 2009 My 3 Chefs game.
Believe it or not, I used this as a dipping sauce for my homemade sushi at a recent party I had. The sauce has great flavor and I can think of lots of ways to use it when I want Asian influence in my recipes!
