DRY INGREDIENTS
- 8 cups oats
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄2 cup sesame seeds
- 1⁄2 cup flax seed
- 1 cup oat bran
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

WET INGREDIENTS
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Chop nuts to desired size.
- Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Mix all wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Spread onto two large baking sheets.
- Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes and rotating the pan positions for even toasting.
- Cool, then store in an airtight container.

I'm always happy to try out yet another granola recipe, but I did cut this one in half, & then gifted half of that to a neighbor couple! Made it as written & thoroughly enjoyed the combo of seeds used ~ Definitely something I'll be making again, for sure! Thanks for sharing it!
