A tasty treat for your guests, or for yourself on a cold winter morning. From December 2008 edition of Ladies' Home Journal.
- Add Chinese five-spice powder or pumpkin pie spice in coffee filter with coffee grounds.
- Brew as usual.
I made the five-spice powder version and it was excellent! The flavors of the Chinese spice are really great with the coffee. Really liked the subtle "licorice" flavor. I added a little sweetener and milk, also. Thanks for the nice change from the usual mid-day coffee!
