  • Mix together the coriander root and stem, ginger, chilli, lime juice and sugar. Rub this mixture over the tuna steak and leave for 1 minute to marinate.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add the steak to the pan and sear for 1 minute on each side. Serve.

  1. yum, yum, yum! so quick for such a tasty result! I made exactly as written but had to use frozen yellow-fin as there was no fresh to be found -- I think it would be even better with fresh. So flavorful and so fast. So much bang for your buck! Served with a fresh green salad and sesame green beans #371750. Thanks for sharing.
