This was a very nice tartar sauce. I only added a teaspoon of lemon juice as I thought a tablespoon might make the sauce too thin--this turned out to be the right amount for me.
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickles (minced)
- 2 teaspoons onions (instant minced)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon capers (rinsed & minced)
