This is a recipe from our high school cafeteria.
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna
- 1 teaspoon pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons celery, chopped
- 2 eggs, boiled
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons onions, diced
- Mix altogether and scoop onto plates.
This one was an easy one for me because it was so similar to how I have always made tuna salad. Great, quick and easy recipe!!!
