A nice change of pace that goes especially well with ham or roast pork
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 10 slices bread, crust removed
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2⁄3 cup milk
- 1 1⁄4 cups sugar
- 3⁄4 cup butter or 3⁄4 cup margarine, softened
- brown sugar
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Grease a 13x9" glass baking dish and pour in mixture.
- Sprinkle liberally with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minute.
