ingredients
- 236.59 ml sourdough starter
- 1 egg
- 118.29 ml vegetable oil
- 118.29 ml water
- 78.78 ml low-fat powdered milk
- 414.03 ml flour
- 59.14 ml cornmeal
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 44.37 ml sugar
- 14.78 ml salt
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 4.92 ml garlic powder
- 9.85 ml dill
- 4.92 ml black pepper
- 59.16 ml curry powder, i use a mild one, might want to adjust if yours is strong
- 118.29 ml parmesan cheese (or feta or shredded cheddar)
directions
- mix wet and dry separately, then combine quickly. do not overmix.
- pour into greased muffin tins or line in paper. bake at 375f for 30 minute.
