ingredients
- 236.59 ml salad oil
- 118.29 ml soy sauce
- 59.14 ml cider vinegar (any will work) or 59.14 ml rice vinegar (any will work)
- 59.14 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 14.79 ml dry mustard
- 14.79 ml garlic powder
- 14.79 ml onion powder
- 14.79 ml sugar
- 4.92 ml black pepper
- 14.79 ml liquid smoke (to taste)
directions
- Mix all ingredients well and marinade for at least 2-4 hours. Cook on low flame until skin is crispy and charred ( but do not burn)! The longer you marinade the stronger the flavor!
