My mother used to make this for Sunday breakfast when I was growing up.


  1. peel and core apples.
  2. slice.
  3. heat small fry pan sprayed with pam.
  4. add apples.
  5. sprinkle cinnamon and splenda.
  6. cover and sautee apples until tender.
