ingredients

1 lb hot ground sausage (browned)
2 cups macaroni noodles (cooked & drained)
10 ¹⁄₂ cream of mushroom soup
1 cup low-fat milk (or use 2/3C evaporated milk)
¹⁄₄ cup onion (chopped)
1 cup Velveeta cheese (cubed)
1 tablespoon butter (unsalted)

directions

Combine all ingredients & pour into a casserole dish.
Bake at 350 for 30mins.
