Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup textured vegetable protein, dry (textured vegetable protein)
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce (I use Muir Glen Organic Garden Vegetable)
  • 12 cup brown rice, dry (organic)
  • salt


  1. Hydrate Tvp to package directions, set aside.
  2. Cook Rice with 1 Cup of water.
  3. Mix tvp with rice and add spaghetti sauce.
  4. Warm up mixture and add salt to taste.
