- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Mix first five ingredients. Shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with sauce. Bake 55 minutes to one hour or until done. Top with cheese; bake 2 minutes longer or until melted.
- HOW TO USE YOUR SLOW-COOKER: Line slow-cooker with foil, with ends of foil extending slightly over top. Prepare meatloaf as directed; shape into a loaf. Place in prepared slow-cooker; cover with lid. Cook on low for 6-8 hours (or on high for 3-4 hours). Top meatloaf with sauce and cheese. Cook, covered for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
