- 3 chopped tomatoes
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1⁄2 cup chopped green onion
- 1⁄2 cup finely chopped california green chili
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano (crushed)
- 3 drops of your favorite hot red pepper sauce (or to taste)
directions
- In a medium bowl combine all of the ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
