This is great on a salad with toasted walnuts, gorganzola, basil and grilled chicken.
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups canola oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
