  3. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.

These were pretty good. I sprinkled shredded mozzarella on first, then microwaved them until the cheese melted. I added the salsa after. This really hit the spot, thanks.

My son enjoyed this for a snack last night. He made one as written, and one with cheese whiz under the salsa, instead of shredded cheese on top. He also tried heating one in the microwave, which he said makes it even better. Thanks for an easy, nutritious snack idea.
