Delicious and a bit spicy. I used lime juice instead of lemon juice for a more Mexican flavor. Had way too much avocado mixture left over, but I can use it for dip.

I thought this recipe was great. The brown sugar mixture was delicious and very flavorful. It was such a cinch to make. I didn't feel like going to the store to buy avocadoes, so I skipped that part all together. The salmon alone was fantastic. I will make this again and again. Thank you.

i wasn't too enthusiastic about this, but my husband quite liked it. the flavors seemed rather "confused" for me - i didn't find that i liked matching sugar with cumin and chili powder, and the avo-mayo further confounded the flavors, which i thought was neither here nor there. i am adventurous and like discovering new tastes, so thanks for that, but i think i will drop this one from the cookbook.
