- 236.59 ml chopped cucumber
- 236.59 ml chopped celery
- 177.44 ml sliced green onion
- 29.58 ml minced fresh parsley
- 4.92 ml dill weed
- 4.92 ml dried basil
- 425.24 g can salmon, drained,and picked over to remove bones

- 414.03 ml mayonnaise
- 29.58 ml lemon juice
- 2.46 ml salt
- 2.46 ml garlic salt
- 2.46 ml lemon pepper
directions
- In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients.
- Add salmon; toss lightly.
- In a small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients; mix well.
- Pour over the salad and stir gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
