Unusual and very tasty! These are better with fresh olives from the deli case rather than canned.
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1⁄3 cup olive, chopped
- 2 teaspoons horseradish sauce
- 3 ounces salami, thinly sliced
- Combine 1st 3 ingredients.
- Spread on salami slices and roll tightly.
- Chill covered till ready to serve.
I liked these very much. Easy to fix, and wonderful salty taste. I'll be making these again.
