So very easy and delicious! I got this from TVFN and it is a BIG hit!
- Clean and devein shrimp.
- Stuff one sage leaf inside shrimp.
- Wrap with pancetta.
- Use a toothpick to secure.
- Drizzle olive oil on shrimp.
- Grill on grill pan about 4 minutes per side or until shrimp is cooked.
This was absolutely delicious!
Good enough for company, but my family loved it! Wrapping the shrimp takes a little work-pancetta falls apart.
Very tasty. Definitely do not add salt, as the pancetta is salty enough. I also added some crushed red pepper flakes for a little more zip. Wonderful!
