- 1 cut up whole chickens or 6 chicken breasts
- 453.59 g bottle Russian salad dressing
- 118.29 ml barbecue sauce
- 236.59 ml orange juice or 236.59 ml pineapple-orange juice
- 118.29 ml brown sugar
- 31.18 g envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 14.79 ml cornstarch
- 118.29 ml water
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Heat Russian dressing, barbecue sauce, orange juice, brown sugar and onion soup mix to boiling in seperate sauce pan.
- Mix 1/2 cup water and cornstarch together and add to boiling mixture to thicken.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake covered, for 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake 1/2 hour longer.

I am a Southern Belle through and through seeing as my upbringing was in LA........That would be Lower Alabama. I think growing up in a Southern family requires you to know how to make people happy by feeding them. So it became my specialty.

<br>I enjoy going to small little cooking classes when I can.I was able to go to a weekend cooking class in Italy while my family was stationed in the UK. That is where my picture posted here came from. I had such a wonderful experience!
