- 3 piece fine dutch rusk crumbs (zwieback)
- 4.92 ml flax seed
- 236.59 ml milk
- 29.58 ml yogurt
- 1 apple, finely sliced (almost mashed)
- 1 pear, finely sliced (almost mashed)
- 14.79 ml ground hazelnuts
- honey, to taste
directions
- Mix rusk,flaxseed, milk and yogurt and let swell for 5 minutes.
- Add fruits, sweeten with honey, to with nuts.
