A different version of the classic swiss muesli
- 3 pieces fine dutch rusk crumbs (zwieback)
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 apple, finely sliced (almost mashed)
- 1 pear, finely sliced (almost mashed)
- 1 tablespoon ground hazelnuts
- honey, to taste
- Mix rusk,flaxseed, milk and yogurt and let swell for 5 minutes.
- Add fruits, sweeten with honey, to with nuts.
