What a nice way to dress up peas. I halved the recipe. Used dried rosemary and cut it way back to 1/2 tsp. I find it can be overpowering sometimes. Made for Everyday Holiday Tag. :)

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Saute pine nuts until golden.
  3. Add green onions and saute 2 minutes.
  4. Add peas, rosemary and sugar to skillet and continue to cook until heated through.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
