  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add onion and bacon and saute for 4 minutes.
  3. Add hash browns and press down.
  4. Brown well, flip, press and brown to crisp.

These were quite tasty and easy to prepare. I did have a little trouble getting them at all crispy, but then I always have trouble getting hash browns crispy!
