I make breakfast potatoes like this all the time-I did not know they were Swiss!
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
- Add onion and bacon and saute for 4 minutes.
- Add hash browns and press down.
- Brown well, flip, press and brown to crisp.
These were quite tasty and easy to prepare. I did have a little trouble getting them at all crispy, but then I always have trouble getting hash browns crispy!
