- 1 pint Brussels sprout
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (more if you like it hot)
- salt and pepper
- 2 -3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Toss all ingred. in a big bowl. Lay a piece of foil on a cookie sheet. Put sprouts on foil in single layer. Roast in oven 30 minutes or until starting to brown. Asperagus made like this takes less time.
