CAKE
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 4 cups rhubarb (diced)
- 1 cup strawberry (diced)

TOPPING
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter, softened
- 1⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Heat oven to 350*
- Stir together cake in order of ingredient list.
- In a separate bowl mix topping ingredients.
- pour batter into a floured and greased 9x13 cake pan.
- Bake for 45 min until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
