A lovely, lightly sweetened, refreshment for those hot summer days.
- Puree the watermelon in a blender.
- In a 2 quart pitcher, combine the sugar and the lemon juice. Stir well.
- Stir in the pureed watermelon.
- Stir in the water.
- Adjust sweetness to taste. This is meant to be lightly sweet, so the flavor of the watermelon comes through.
- Serve over ice.
