ingredients
- 3 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 200 g grilled steak
- 2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce (nam pla)
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 teaspoon soft brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dry roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, freshly roasted
directions
- Slice the grilled beef very thin, against the grain.
- Mix the beef, lettuce & carrot together.
- Mix all other ingredients together.
- Toss all above ingredients together.
- Top with the sesame seeds, peanuts and serve.
