Railroad Dip

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 1 batch

ingredients

• 1 lb grated cheddar cheese
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 1 1⁄2 medium onions, chopped
• soda cracker

directions

1. Mix ingredients and bake in 3-quart (3-litre) glass dish at 350°F until hot and puffed up.
2. Serve with crackers.
3. (May cut recipe in half.).

This dip is so good! And incredably easy. I'm glad it's been posted here, because I don't have the best of the bridge cookbook that it's in anymore.
