- Sift together the flour(s), baking powder and soda. Add to the egg mixture.
- Add all the rest of the dry ingredients, adding the pomegranate juice and milk, and mix together until you get a thick "cookie droppable" consistency (I added about 1/4 cup each of the juice and milk).

..a very passionate cook of all types of foods. I live in London, amongst other things i am a Reiki healer, tarot reader, have a regular day job in a surveying office, mother to 2 children and divorced now with very wonderful partner whom is a brilliant cook as well! We both have differing styles, he is more "get in the kitchen, get it done in 1/2 hour", as opposed to me who takes hours and uses every pot in the kitchen!
I adore cooking and my pet peeve is NOT getting value for money when I eat out, which is mainly why I cook at home so much.
One of my fav cookbooks is the Edmonds Cook book and also Linda McCartneys. Delia Smith is also fab. I have quite a large array of cookbooks, the latest in my collection is "Nobo Now".
