Quicker Than Starbucks Vegan Iced Latte

"I realized I could make my own coffee drinks at home for near pennies. I only like 'em cold and not too strong... that is, I like some coffee with my milk. (: I usually use leftover coffee but you can start from fresh hot stuff if need be. Feel free to add extracts or vary the proportions to taste."

  1. Yum. I had some chocolate rice milk that I bought because it was on such good sale (I can never resist a bargain!) but I wasn't sure what to use it in. This worked out well. I needed to add quite a bit of splenda, but I like things sweet. A yummy coffee drink. Thanks.

  2. This is pretty good! I was looking for a recipe similar to the soy caffe latte I get at starbucks, but although this one was different, it still tasted great. I used an "espresso" recipe #103014 for the coffee and just regular soy milk (didn't have chocolate) and 3 splenda packets to sweeten. Thanks!
