- 4 (200 g) steaks
- 65 ml chutney
- 65 ml tomato sauce
- 65 ml HP steak sauce
- 1 cup water
- 65 ml oil
- 125 ml all-purpose flour

- Put flour in plastic bag, season with salt & pepper.
- Put each steak separately in bag and shake to coat with seasoned flour.
- Pour 100ml of mixed sauce on bottom of dish pack layer of steak and repeat and end with layer of sauce.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated 180°C oven for 1 hour.
