I wanted a pepperoni dish that wasn't pizza and wasn't soup/chili. Didn't find one so I made my own!

Directions

  1. Cook bow ties according to package directions.
  2. Drain lightly.
  3. Pour beans, including liquid, over pasta.
  4. Sprinkle pepperoni overall & stir to combine.
  5. Heat on stovetop for 10-15min until liquid reduced enough to serve as desired.
  6. Top with cheese as you serve, if you like.
  7. Goes great with a green salad.
