Quick Chicken Casserole

This is a fantastically quick and easy meal for those nights when you don't have the time for anything - or those nights when you are just tired out!!

I wouldn't call this a casserole, as it was very liquidy. But it was definitely easy, smelled good, and tasted good. My family enjoyed it.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken noodle soup
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon milk curry powder
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • pepper
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrot
  • 12 cup cooked chicken, chopped

Directions

  1. Fry the onions in the oil, 3-5 minutes. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Heat to just below simmering and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Serve with French Bread.
  3. ENJOY!
