Quick and Easy Chicken Broth

"I was just experimenting and this turned out really good... It tasted and smelled wonderful... and it was so easy to make... you will like it, I'm sure!.."

• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 2 quarts water
• 800 g boneless chicken
• 1⁄2 large red onion
• 4 cloves
• 4 peppercorns
• 1 inch piece ginger
• 3 garlic cloves
• salt

directions

1. Just add everything in a large pot and bring it to a boil -- you can add more water if you like and let it cook for an hour or as much as you like -- you will smell it all over the house -- It smells so good -- and just take out all the solid pieces you put in and you can then shred the chicken and use it in a soup -- or just do whatever you want with the broth -- .
