A simple recipe using ice cream or frozen yogurt and pumpkin pie filling. It's from cooking class.
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream or 2 scoops frozen yogurt
- 1 cup milk (fat free or 2% is fine)
- 0.5 (15 ounce) canof seasoned pumpkin pie filling
- In a blender, add ice cream, milk, and pumpkin.
- Blend well.
- You can add or decrease the milk depending on how thick you want the smoothie. If you use unseasoned pumpkin, you need to add pumpkin pie spices.
