Pumpkin Pie Spiced Pecans

ingredients
- 591.47 ml shelled whole pecans (or nut of your choice)
- 118.29 ml sugar
- 4.92 ml pumpkin pie spice
- 1 egg white
- 1.23 ml ginger, to taste
- 2.46 ml nutmeg, to taste
- 1.23 ml cinnamon, to taste
directions
- Mix nuts in with egg white.
- Add sugar and spices.
- Spread on a shallow pan sprayed with Pam or greased (I use stoneware, no greasing required).
- Bake at 250 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Cool on wax paper.
- Store in airtight container.
