These are a nice addition to your holiday desserts. I put vanilla frosting on them sometimes.
- Combine all ingredients in lg mixing bowl.
- Beat on med for 2 minutes.
- Pour batter into 24 lined muffin cups.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.
- Cool in pans 20 minutes.
We made these one afternoon (me and my boys) and we had a great time. They were so moist and yummy. We topped them with ready-made cream cheese frosting. They were gone in a hurry.
These were Wonderful! Instead of using plain water I brewed a strong cup of pumpkin chai and used 1/3 cup of the chai. I also added a Tbs of pumpkin pie spice to the batter. These were delicious! They baked up beautifully in 18 minutes. I got 18 full size cupcakes that rose nice and high.
wonderful, quick to make and moist. i had some fellow moms over for coffee and these cupcakes and we all loved them. i used the allspice cream cheese frosting on them, too.
