- 5 cups glutinous rice
- 4 1⁄2 cups water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1⁄2 cup grated fesh coconut
- 2 screwpine leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
directions
- Wash rice and put all ingredients into rice cooker. Turn on cooker.
- Once cooked fluff up with a fork and remove screwpine leaves.
