A natural muscle building protein recovery banana milk shake
- 1 large banana
- 500 ml skim milk
- 2 egg whites (Make 2 holes on both ends of the eggs and blow the egg whites out only.)
- 2 tablespoons any type oats
- 1 teaspoon honey (for flavour)
- Break banana in to smaller bits, and add to blender.
- Add 500ml of milk to blender.
- (optional) Add 1 t of honey for taste.
- Mix it in the blender.
- Add the egg whites and blend until smooth
